Jeffrey and Rick were great to work with on our recent roof leak. They put time into figuring out the problem and stayed with it until it was done. Very responsive and quick to act too. I would recommend them highly.
Outstanding service from start to finish! We have been dealing with our home builder and warranty since purchasing our home (2020) as our metal roof was leaking into a bedroom. The builder’s solution got worse each time they came out, but dealing with Rick from Terrytown Roofing was painless. They provide before and after pictures as a courtesy to all customers. Terrytown Roofing staff were also courteous as they were constantly keeping us in the loop in which kept us at ease after dealing with our home builder. They assessed, quoted and performed the solution within a few days!
Jeffrey responded to my needs promptly, professionally and even managed to get me an entirely new roof at a much lower cost. His work was quality and fast. I highly recommend his services to anyone seeking. I also plan on using his services on future roofing needs.I am glad to say my home and I are satisfied customer

Excellent service. Jeffrey went above and beyond in taking care of my roof. I couldn't get the insurance company to give me a fair shake and he got it done. This review is a long time coming....my fence was knocked down by the March/April winds...that same day Mr. Rick Endruschat knocked on my door talking about roof inspection/damage...I was a little overwhelmed about the fence...I asked him if I could have his card and call him after the fence situation. He emphasized, sympathized and said no problem call me when you're ready.... I called him a couple weeks later.... various issues arise...Mr. Rick guided me and told me about the best choices for my situation. I never got double talked, put off ...he treated me like his only customer. I know I wasn't but that is the kind of customer service I received. I couldn't have been more appreciative. Tarrytown Roofing's communication with their customers is TOP NOTCH!! My roofing was done, issue was completed, and I couldn't have been happier with this company. It is scary when something happens to your home ...so when it does you want someone you can trust and isn't just trying to get a payday.... THANK YOU, TARRYTOWN ROOFING.

TarryTown Roofing was amazing!!! We had wind and hail damage and had made an insurance claim. We had heard nightmare stories about less than stellar contractors.From the initial estimate throughout the process, Rick, lead contractor for TarryTown, assigned to our case was patient, kind and explained the whole process. Everything he said would happen, did, and there were no surprises. No surprise costs, no added issues and they arranged anything with the insurance company.His crew was efficient, kind and picked up after themselves. My rosebushes look as good as they did before they started. Our roof looks great!!!I would highly recommend them and Rick as a contractor to anyone looking to get their roof done!!!

It was time, 20 yr old roof and damage from past storms. I received a referral so did my research and so many positive reviews. From the 1st call until the end we had the most amazing experience! Jeff is hands down passionate for the customers best interests and his communication through the entire process is above and beyond expectations. I used the Thumbtack app to find Tarrytown Roofing and was contacted by Mr Jeffrey shortly after I put in the request and we discussed on what to expect throughout getting my roof replaced through insurance. Later that same day I met Mr Rick for a free on-site proposal and he was happy to come back again to join with my insurance adjuster. As a first time homeowner, I truly appreciated the knowledge and transparency from this team about roof and insurance terminology and felt I was in their best interest and that I was in good hands. The team was also able to work with my insurance and I was able to pocket some money in the end! Roof day was completed that same day and the end result was better than what I could have hoped for! My house well taken care. I cannot recommend Tarrytown Roofing enough!!

We received several bids for re-doing our roof after the 2024 Austin hail storm and decided on Tarrytown roofing. The owner met the insurance claim inspector and everything was smooth sailing from start to their clean-up at finish.
