Outstanding service from start to finish! We have been dealing with our home builder and warranty since purchasing our home (2020) as our metal roof was leaking into a bedroom. The builder’s solution got worse each time they came out, but dealing with Rick from Terrytown Roofing was painless. They provide before and after pictures as a courtesy to all customers. Terrytown Roofing staff were also courteous as they were constantly keeping us in the loop in which kept us at ease after dealing with our home builder. They assessed, quoted and performed the solution within a few days!

This review is a long time coming....my fence was knocked down by the March/April winds...that same day Mr. Rick Endruschat knocked on my door talking about roof inspection/damage...I was a little overwhelmed about the fence...I asked him if I could have his card and call him after the fence situation. He emphasized, sympathized and said no problem call me when you're ready.... I called him a couple weeks later.... various issues arise...Mr. Rick guided me and told me about the best choices for my situation. I never got double talked, put off ...he treated me like his only customer. I know I wasn't but that is the kind of customer service I received. I couldn't have been more appreciative. Later that same day I met Mr Rick for a free on-site proposal and he was happy to come back again to join with my insurance adjuster.
