Amazing customer service and walked me through every step of the way and answered all my questions to put me at ease. When the job was done the roof looked absolutely amazing and yard was actually cleaner than before they arrived!

Jeffrey Jones and the team at Tarrytown Roofing are awesome to work with. Not only is the work high quality, but it was also done on time at a fair price. I originally had them do some gutter work on my house but later used them to replace a roof on a vacation home. I have since recommended them to several friends who have used them.
After some past experiences with other roofers, Tarrytown Roofing is the only roofer I will call again.

Tarrytown Roofing really went above and beyond in fixing my roof! They kept me updated throughout the process, always quick to respond and easy to understand. Their honesty about what was needed was greatly appreciated, with no unnecessary upselling. The quality of their work was excellent, completed right on schedule. I wish I had gone with Tarrytown roofing for our new roof instead of the door-knockers who showed up after the storm!
James and his team are a pleasure to work with and do high quality work as I’ve seen on the job sites we share with high quality builders.
My roofer damaged siding, created a leak, and left metal shards all over the yard and lied to me about sending his crew over to clean up after. After 3 attempts to have them come clean the yard, I was still finding tons of metal shards and screws where my kids play.
Moving forward, I will only call Tarrytown if I need a roof.
I had a similarly bad experience with a local gutter company who failed to use T brackets to level my gutters and the rain was pouring over the sides of the gutters. They then came back and did a sub par job installing wedges that later fell out because they didn’t remove the gutter prior to installing wedges.
Tarrytown will do my next gutters.

We had a fantastic experience with Tarrytown Roofing. Jeff was quick to get his team onsite and assess a water leak we had in our roof. His team identified a number of tiles that needed to be replaced and recommended a reasonable scope to ensure the roof was repaired properly and to code. The communication was phenomenal throughout the process. I would strongly recommend Jeff and his entire team. If you can have a good experience with a roof repair Tarrytown is the company.

Edited this review after speaking with the owner of the company. Looks like a scam business is claiming them in calls to probably get business using Tarrytown's name to get in the door.
Great attention to care and make sure that even non-customers are handled with care. If I do ever end up needing roofing needs, they will be at the top of the list.
