“I just realized that [Roofing] is something that people need and that the bar was so low. Everyone hears the roofing stories: An industry where people are wearing masks where people should be wearing capes. It’s one of the most important things on your property. And if you can just build that trust and just built partnerships with people. And just do the free repair, the $300 repair; not just always trying to sell the reroof just cause it benefits you - it doesn’t necessarily benefit them; just costs them money. You can create value, so that’s what we focused on. Just focusing on our people. It’s something I really didn’t get previously […] It’s something I just identified roofing as personal development in disguise. Everyday is a challenge […] and we get to overcome that.”
